Targeted detection of eavesdropping devices
The countersurveillance sweep is the more compact variant of our EVO sweep: a systematic examination of a room, object or vehicle for concealed eavesdropping and observation devices. Its defined scope and concise reporting make the examination quick to deploy, with the same methodological rigour as the full EVO/TSCM sweep.
What we examine
- Radio-frequency examination from 12 MHz to 24 GHz, with targeted detection in the millimetre-wave (mmWave) band up to 44 GHz: from classic bugs to mobile, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices.
- Examination of telephone, power and data lines for branches and for unwanted signals within the measured range.
- In-depth physical inspection and non-linear junction detection for equipment that is switched off or not transmitting.
- Thermal, optical and acoustic measurements: hidden cameras, laser and contact microphones.
- Concise, to-the-point board-level report with a transparently substantiated outcome.
When a countersurveillance sweep is appropriate
